About Me

My Friends Call Me Annie. I am a person who connects the generations. I seek what connects us all together. My parents lived through the Great Depression and reinforced a strong work ethic daily. After studying graphic design and communication and being an art director for a period of time, I became involved in leadership and training. Working with the public and impacting a positive service experience is a great joy. I work with people of all ages and varied experience. Ted helps bridge the gaps. We are all human, living on the planet earth. We have a great deal in common. Why underline the differences? It is through the similarities that innovation and unification will prevail.

    A comment on Conversation: How will travel change local places in the future?

    Mar 11 2013: All businesses thrive through local relationships. Regardless of how global the brand, it is the individual who serves the public on a daily basis that builds loyalty. In order to succeed, a company must put best practices in place to create consistency of experience and communicate service standards. Once this is achieved, it is TRUST that drives the experience of connection on the ground. Connecting with fellow employees and the individual across the counter is what creates loyalty.
