More About Me

I'm passionate about

Recycling Plastics and Cellulose Waste

An idea worth spreading

It is easily possible to create energy (Alcohol) form cotton textile wase such as Jeans, T shirts etc. I could use the help of some savy Chemists.

People don't know that I'm good at

Inventing textile fabrics and yarns.

My TED Story

I am 71 years of age. I would like to collaborate with textile waste to energy experts. I think that there is enough energy potential in waste to create meaningful amounts of fuel to offset the importation of petroleum products into the industrialized world.

  • A comment on Talk: Martin Jacques: Understanding the rise of China

Jan 26 2011: The "BUS" idea is brilliant. We can learn patience from the Chinese. I think the United States should become fast partners with the Chinese. We can learn a lot and teach a lot. The world will be a better place. If Europe wants to remain ignorant so be it.

A comment on Talk: Amber Case: We are all cyborgs now

Jan 12 2011: This lecture changed my mind. I now understand the need to be connected. The many cyborg devices help humans to connect to each other in a very efficient way.

    Thanks

  • A comment on Talk: Elaine Morgan says we evolved from aquatic apes

Oct 17 2009: An infant in a mother's womb is telling us the story of evolution. Encased in "sea water" the cells pass through the evolutionary chain. From fish to hominoid. I've seen the photos and this seems to prove the "Aquatic Theory"
  • A comment on Talk: Adam Grosser: A mobile fridge for vaccines

Jun 28 2008: This is a great idea. Bring it to the attention of Home Depot or Lowes and they will help you set up manufacturing. Then they could also sell it in their stores and contribute part of their income from the sales so that you can make them available to the needy for free.
  • A comment on Talk: Craig Venter: On the verge of creating synthetic life

Mar 12 2008: I wish Craig did a better job of explaining how he could convert co2 into fuel. It would drive the coal industry to capture enough co2 that when combined with the energy of the clean coal would be equal to all the oil ever produced.
  • A comment on Talk: Juan Enriquez: Using biology to rethink the energy challenge

Feb 20 2008: General Motors has announced a large investment in a company that prooved a process that can economicly convert garbage, tires, cellulose etc anywhere in the country to ethanol at under $1 per gallon. GM will be testing 400,000 gallons in 2008. The plant then will expand to produce a billion gallons of etanol using this process. It can be searched on the internet. GM will also make the investment to see that all gas stations have an ethanol blending pump in place within 3 years. I think the Tax system mentioned is a required system to assure success of this program. However, how do we control the oil companies and producers from stopping this movement?
