Sep 3 2010: Wow I can't believe some of the uneducated gender polarizing comments posted on video. Jenise F puts out many facts not "ideology" that face women around the world. The inequality woman face in this world is huge due and the disbelief that it dose not exist to the extent that it dose just harms our society continuously more. Keep at it Jenise and Joe!
Aug 23 2010: While the fat tax sounds like a great plan, we might be missing out on what effect it might have on the poor and lower income families. A fat tax would be a tax on unhealthy food and drinks which would be a flat tax. This will put strain on some poorer family like the single mom who runs bye McDonald to pick up a cheep and quick meal after work oppose to the 2 parent house whole who has a parent to cook and the income to buy healthy food. I try to eat health but i know one thing it is not cheap and the hiring the cost of of the cheap and easily accessed food will only victimizes the poor even more then it already happens. So instead of adding another tax why don't we give these people the ability to chose to buy the food that's health for them by increasing funding to school lunches and reduce lunch plans. As well as increasing aid to food stamps and the accessibility to them. I'm sure people don't choose to eat unhealthy I believe that part of what Ellen Gustafson is trying to get at.
