About Me

After graduate university in Japan and 3 years business consulting service, Hiromasa went independent in March 2009. He met Keiko Satoh who has been making contribution to evolution and development of TED conference since TED founding more than 20 years, and joined TED2008, 2009 and TED Global as a one of JAPAN MISSION members. He keep moving and being impressed "Encompassing", "Unifying" and "Creative" forces since he touched TED at the first time.

He is a founder and partner of MEGASEEDS which find out SEEDS to change the society for the better and incubate new "IDEA" and "ACTION". MEGASEEDS organized TEDxSeeds2009 and 2010 with 20+ fantastic Japanese speakers and performers and 200+ curious “SEEDS” people; thinkers, innovators, artists, creators, educators and so on. He engaged TEDxSeeds as an executive producer and director with Keiko Satoh and more than 70 volunteers and many supporters. MEGASEEDS just start on some incubation projects from TEDxSeeds officially.
