  Oct 13 2010: This plight of women is of most urgency. As a historical inequality pattern, it must be treated with temporary special measures. Now is a good opportunity to read the Convention for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), which provides, by the way, the necessary mechanisms for addressing this issue.
  
  And I believe the entire society should contribute for solving this situation, women and men alike.

  Hans Rosling again clearly showed that the world is a little older than the 1940's and the "now".
