A comment on Talk: Kevin Slavin: How algorithms shape our world

Jul 21 2011: Great talk. I with that people in Facebook watch this. They should seriously rethink their recommendation of friends, pages, products or ideas on its platform!

A comment on Talk: Tim Harford: Trial, error and the God complex

Jul 15 2011: Great way of putting together these ideas. However, he's rather regurgitating something old and known in an inspirational way. I would like to translate this into Arabic. When does TED usually put the English transcribed text for its talks?! Does anybody know?
  • A comment on Talk: Nina Tandon: Caring for engineered tissue

Jul 8 2011: It's really amazing how science and engineering have advanced in such away that they're no longer can be tell apart. I liked her blouse, nice color :P

A comment on Talk: Matt Cutts: Try something new for 30 days

Jul 2 2011: I think the idea here is not the 30 days. The idea is, if you want to gain a habit, you need time. If you need to get red of it, you need time too. The amount of time you need or the frequency of doing or not doing a certain thing is the real issue! How long does it take you to get an idea like TED? I heard one day that you could be a professional at anything if you could to it for 10000 hours or so! Is this a fact? More research need to be done, that's what I think.
