Chang Bang’s free spirit has not only led him to travel playing throughout the world. His free spirit has enabled him to go beyond music adventuring to collaborate music with video. That is how he became a pioneer vj also in his dj sets! San Francisco is where he had his first public access tv show, House Nation. It was based on interviews with local house/dance music artists, djs, nights, and music videos.

Chang Bang was also present at many Sundance Film Festivals in the past. He was the DJ for New Line Cinema, and Miramax’s Sundance Film Festival events. He spun at the official parties for Hedwig & The Angry Inch & Human Traffic where guests Angelina Jolie, Vincent Gallo, and Samuel L Jackson to name a few were in attendance.

Oct 9 2012: its very simple, everyone sign an agreement on use so that others cannot copyright it. its called communication among parties involved, wow now thats an ideal i see very few talk about.

Oct 9 2012: you have no clue what open source means. typical reaction oh its Communism. the farmer is not giving away the produce for free, hes sharing the technique on how to grow the food so that others have the capacity to grow their own food. the tractor designer is sharing the blueprints allowing others to improve upon them so they can make better tractors together, hence we all profit. open source means we all pitch in ideals to make it better so that we all can make more profit. man o man get a clue. sorry but that is the future we are heading into as we enter the energy crisis. like it or not. if you dont like it then get off the internet cause this whole invention is open sourced. open source currency is already being used globally get a clue.

  • A reply on Talk: Capt. Charles Moore on the seas of plastic

Jul 16 2012: Taxes are not gonna work, making new laws are not gonna work. We have done that already! I see the only thing that will make people realize is a Global Crisis where the survival of Humanity is at stake. People have to see their connection to the Eco-System. Plastics are made by Huge Bio-Tech Corporations that are stuck in a Competetive Monetary Economic System.
  • A reply on Conversation: Should Synthetic Organisms be released to clean plastic pollution from the ocean?

Jul 16 2012: AI? Thats light years away for a Type 0 Civilization. If we had AI now the robots would rebel against its masters cause they would realize we are the problem makers on this planet! LOL Think about it if you programmed them to create harmony on the planet what you think would really happen?
