I am what's called a "Bright", i.e., the opposite of those who believe in the supernatural (there's a "Brights" website), and a Unitarian.

    Apr 8 2010: If we ever come up with effective treatments for viral infections, this information could be useful. As it is, the only utility is in being able to say the condition is viral, and not something else. Not to dismiss his work, but it's not terribly useful at present.
