Jul 25 2010: It is true that the cortical folding pattern is an important issue in reconstructing electrical sources in the brain, but I really don't see how it's relevant in a BCI system with 14 (16?) sensors. and never explained how it is employed.
Besides, the idea of using of muscle signals (usually regarded as artifacts in EEG signal processing) demonstrated in the wheel chair demo may seem to be practical, but then it's not "Brain"-Computer-Interface anymore (rather MCI?).
