I think the other difference worth highlighting is that business owners who narrow down their niche are way more willing to show transparency and are simply obviously more caring (we can also point out that financial constraint brings out creative thinking!). Seth emphasizes this a lot on his blog, why we do better business when we actually care which to me is more of a prerequisite than a strategy really! Inspiring.
