Founder, CEO and Executive Producer at Creative Producers Group (Inc 500) and NITROUS Effect, An Agency Collective. CPG is a nationally recognized strategic event, engagement communications agency specializing in "Emotional Engagement", with the development of marketing concepts, brand positioning, digital, video content and the production of large scale meetings, experiences, concerts and events. Keith started his business when he was 17 and met his business partner at Six Flags in St. Louis where they both worked part time in the summer in the entertainment department, stage managing and running concerts. Six Flags theme parks became their first client.

CPG serves best in class Fortune 500 Clients, which include: Boeing, Virgin, BMW, to Dunkin Donuts, Sam's Club, YPO, Heidrick & Struggles, Bridgestone, MLB, NFL Players.

CPG has produced thousands of productions & projects ranging from product launches, award shows, national meetings, award winning documentaries to major concerts. CPG/Alper has won over 200 National & International awards including the Emmy, ACE, New York Festivals, Telly Award, Addy. CPG is known for thought leadership in its work for C Suite executives, CEOs., Entrepreneurs, and Leaders. Keith is a champion for free enterprise, innovation, and entrepreneurial leadership. He was the founder/Chairman of the St. Louis Young Entrepreneurs Organization (EO/YEO), and rose to become the International Chairman, helping grow the organization from 500 to over 5,000 CEO members worldwide. Alper served on the YPO Intl Board, Central US Chair, Networks & IT Committee and now serves on the Social Enterprise Network Board (SEN). Served as Executive Producer of the Global Leadership Conference the largest CEO gathering globally. Additional CPG/Alper helped Kauffman Foundation launch Global Entepreneuship Week. Helped develop GSEA at SLU, the now largest Global Student Entrepreneurship awards.

As an Entrepreneur Alper has founded several companies. From Creative Producers Group (getcreative.com) to various Nitrous Effect (NitrousEffect.com) agencies. His collection of URLs numbers 4000+ which he states is a disorder.

He also serves on board/non-profits KWMU/NPR, Stl. Intl. Film Fest, Siteman Cancer Gala, JFed Stl Past Chairman , Maryville University Trustee and Stl Downtown Partnership/CID Board of Directors/ T-REx Incubator. Business boards range from RevUnit, Oppa Foods, Korte, Enterprise Banks, Family Wealth Map.

I have followed TED for years. From online videos to being the curator of TEDxStLouis since 2011. I have too many TED favorites to share. My first major Ted event was TEDMED in DC. I have tried to explain to those new to TED that it's a concert of Ideas.
