Lesley Hazleton: On reading the Koran
Oh My God!!! I kept watching this talk over and over with Subtitles for over two hours.. and i'm still getting thoughts of how non-Arabic readers or non-Muslims perceive the Quran and understand it! Thank god i was born to an Arabic family and i learnt Arabic from childhood, i feel so fortunate and thankful for that! Its so difficult to understand the true meanings of the Quran when you're already and Arabic speaker, let alone reading translations or interpretations of it! Since birth, The Quran is the most amazing thing I've ever seen in this world since I was brought to life! It amazes me more than all of scientific discoveries, reaching Mars and all our understanding of the world.

@Richard Dawson. I am Muslim and i assure you that Islam never motivates anyone to kill anyone, let alone women & children. A quranic verse reads: بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم: "من قتل نفساً بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنّما قتل النّاس جميعاً ومن أحياها فكأنّما أحيا النّاس جميعاً" صدق الله العظيم I do not know how to translate this, but i'll try to explain. In essence, it means: He who kills a soul, without a soul (i.e. without a reason, or without this person to have killed someone first) or just to do wrong, its as if he killed the whole of people (meaning as if he killed all of mankind), and he who saved a soul, as if he brought life to all of people (i.e. all of mankind) So you see, whomever told you that Islam motivates Muslims to kill any one just has an agenda to make you and million others to believe so, to hide the word of god from you, that's all. He/she doesn't want you to really know what Islam IS.

Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders
Well the numbers maybe saying so, but still from where i come from Women have a godly duty of Renewing Humanity! Something that was given to them and them alone! If i - as male - could reproduce alone, i would've done so, and Would believe men and women are equals everywhere. Thats simply not how the world works. I'm NOT against women in anyway! some of the most admirable minds i consult everyday as a decision maker are Women, but Still They have a duty that they need to put more attention to which is Children! My mother was a working woman, and i suffered because of it, and she did too! But i'm very proud she was working till over 60, cause her mother was a housewife. And i believe women in the workplace produce balance and rational. I just do not see them dominating the TOP class of businesses and CEO boards cause they've got a lot to juggle already!

Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders
"How do we change these numbers at the top" The question should really be, Why do we want to change these numbers at the top? Why do you want to see more WOMAN CEO's and Presidents? How will THAT make the world any better? Or ever Why would it make the world any better? What do women have to offer MORE in a CEO Position? How is a woman a better Decision Maker than her counterpart Male?

Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders
And it is Absolutely NOT a problem! its not a matter of Gender, its a matter of Qualification! People on the TOP side of things DO NOT have personal lives! Thats if they have lives at all! We're talking about people who see their beds fewer than 5 hours a day! and some days pass by without sleep! People on TOP are in constant WARS! and those 20% women or so are already HALF women and HALF MEN! So why do women want to push in there when they have real problems raising children, educating them and caring for their homes? and if they don't who will? Thats why we see children running away at the age of 16, dropping off school and wandering about the rest of their lives! Today's women absolutely lost the purpose of their own existence and are looking for something else to do for a change!!

Peter Eigen: How to expose the corrupt
I think corruption generates from the inability to see the larger picture. Those who knowingly and willfully chose to pass deals or enforce rules that are eventually incorrect decisions impacting the masses fail to realize the value of both sides of the exchange they are making. Weather its ignorance, selfishness or sheer stupidity, their actions will still affect those others that know nothing about these deals, and are only brought aware once the effect of the transaction takes place. Fighting corruption should start by the placement of harsh rules for all public servants that they have to follow. Anyone in withstanding a political, public or governmental position has to have Key Performance Indicators and must be historically examined before taking place, and Harshly judged after leaving it. Take example of Tony Blair who is still defending his decision of the Iraqi Invasion. If he knew he was going to be judged, he might have thought twice. Unfortunately, the masses were affected!
