  • A comment on Talk: Amy Cuddy: Your body language shapes who you are

Oct 1 2012: Amy! Absolutely great speech, thank you very much for sharing this. I have experiences these kind of incidents too, but I think it's not the body which is the driver. It is the inside mind which dominates the human. For example, presence of a few people who are charismatic makes difference in the other peoples mood irrespective of their body posture, and ultimately that drives the people to be easy and feel good. Yes, body language sends message about the mood of the person, but it doesn't drive the mood. And a little out of topic, it is ambiance which most of the time plays a critical role in peoples' mood or how powerful they feel about.
  • A comment on Talk: Timothy Prestero: Design for people, not awards

Sep 9 2012: Amazing speech, and thorough concept to design product and to bridge the gap between the end user and the designer. The friendliness of any product depends on how intuitive the designer is about its ultimate use.
It requires a depth understanding about the problem to reach to the optimum solution. Thanks
  • A comment on Talk: Raghava KK: What’s your 200-year plan?

Jul 15 2012: "Imagination is the key of creativity when it's followed by hard work and great passion." That's what I believe in. But I felt this talk much more artistic, based on cartoons and not imaginative based on reality. Yes, imagination has to have reference of reality to make it reality. Feels really good when you listen and imagine, but obviously a virtual world.
  • A comment on Conversation: Have you believed something - or the idea of something - and discovered you were mistaken, or wrong? What's your story & what did you learn?

Sep 4 2011: Yes, Linda. That is what I mean to say.
  • A comment on Conversation: Isn't it time to eliminate grades in education?

Aug 9 2011: How about the grade plus feedback? First, why grades are important? For any field, we need to know where do we stand comparative or as per the demand in market. Grades are the measuring factor which makes clear to the candidates, who are getting evaluated, about their knowledge and skill sets in that particular field. It also helps evaluator to know how many they have as per need and what needs to be done to improve their knowledge or skill set. Grade helps to define the basic capability the candidate has in the field.

Now feedback. As it depends on the person's background where he/she might have exceptional natural skills compare to other field, feedback will help to gauge performance and identifying area of improvements. Feedback will differ from candidate to candidate as everybody has some uniqueness. ''Grade gauges you and Feedback makes you"

I expect to have grade and feedback system fair enough to realize this.
  • A comment on Conversation: Have you believed something - or the idea of something - and discovered you were mistaken, or wrong? What's your story & what did you learn?

Aug 9 2011: i used to believe that if you use the needed quantity of natural resources, everybody on the earth will get his/her share. And still I strongly believe in it, but to send this message across the community and spread it across the world, you need to differentiate. To differentiate, you may need to use more resources and lead the world. After reaching that level, you have to come back to ground when whole world is looking at you. People never follow the right people on the ground, but they will follow the people on top(no matter they are right or wrong).
  • A comment on Conversation: How do smart people "find their level" in conversation?

Aug 9 2011: Intelligent people can drive conversation by getting into their interested point by looking at your interest. Means they will prompt you to respond and then they can give direction.
  • A comment on Talk: Tim Harford: Trial, error and the God complex

Jul 23 2011: Awesome......i loved it....we need steps to make trial and error as course which can guide to learn, innovate and achieve new heights.......BUT.... we do need to focus on urgency of situation and existing solutions.....when there is nothing......TRIAL AND ERROR is always there.......two excellent examples of politician and teacher are most attractive and really matters lot to society...
  • A comment on Talk: Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire action

Jan 29 2011: It seems to be more of like marketing speech. I don't think this is enough to get succeed in this world, it might play vital role. When you talk about first group of people who are ready to accept new tech...you have to have much more than just match of belief. Most important thing is to catch the nerve of human being...mindset. And I strongly believe it differs based on the market you address. BTW, this is really interesting topic "why only he/she and not anybody else?" I keep thinking on it and its good to get addition of thoughts...will make my brainstorm more stronger....Thanks
  • A comment on Talk: William Ury: The walk from "no" to "yes"

Dec 5 2010: bravo....the way of transferring the message is really nice.........love the quote "hostility to hospitality.........i completely agree with walk funda...........the sad point is fear to treat stranger with hospitality...
