Eduardo Salinas Posted about 3 years ago Test Schools, Not Children I believe the problem lies on the content of the tests. Basically all tests in school strive to find the kid that has the ability to memorize concepts and not necessarily understand them. Why do we spend so much time congratulating this kind of behavior when society does not have a need for this trait of memorizing. The true need is the ability to create and improvise not recite and memorize. We should restructure the paradigm of school, it is severely old fashioned and has little to do on what matters the most.
