I am trying to be creative by doing things that make sense to me. I am relating to what ever shows up in my daily life, being convinced that this is exactly what I need to learn, to grow and to heal myself. I see difficult situations and conditions as a challenge to which I am responding the best I am capable, taking self responsibility and being aware of my reactions that are caused.
I like to express myself sharing my experiences with others who might be open for it. I have found ways to deal creatively with problems that are part of our life, so that we don't need to suffer more than necessary to be motivated to doubt our established existence and ask questions, - to find answers that can turn our life into a joyful adventure and experience.
my intent to make an impact on the common consciousness by giving information into the mind pool, so that people who ask, find answers that give help to find a creative way to relate to their life.
that meditation is the most effective way to further our growing & healing process.
that our attitude to life & daily life is essential & significant for our ability to learn, grow & heal ourself.
that disease can be seen as a challenge, that needs engagement & taking self responsibility. Healing is a process that includes our whole being on all levels.
that disease is a symptom for an underlying cause that we need to find out & then bring into balance.
that we are still on a primitive step of our evolution & that we have to come down & find out about our true reality.
that we look through the fake reality that is established by our society & find out why we so easily have fallen into this trap & that we must find out about our real nature & being.
that we are not what we believe we are & that our identifications are a substitute for our real being, yet covering our view & awareness.
that we are stuck in our growing & that we need to go beyond our personalities.

My experience of forty years writing about this, tells me that nobody wants to know about it and just ignoring any information, that might cause a change in ones attitude.
Who has suffered enough, might be ready to go a step beyond those common survival games. The first would be, to *face ones fake* after one has gathered enough information about ones real background condition.
And for sure I love Thandie with her engagement and beauty! Great talk!

I am writing about the 'root cause of stress' and offering instruction how to release ones stress with an easy exercise. So that with other words one can call 'meditation'. It has shown, that only people are interested, who have suffered extremely and enough and are ready to step out of the 'common way of life'.
Our exchange here inspires me and the idea shows up, that I might do a 'TED-Talk about *Meditation*! I will reflect about it, thank you!

So I suggest that you spend another whole ten minutes watching this video again or you can go to the links I mentioned in my comment before and then practice meditation and experience the great benefit. So then you will know that those ten minutes were spend indeed 'effectively'!

I know the benefit of meditation since sixty years and without it I would have given up long ago... Life and our world would look quite different when more people would meditate. That's why I am distributing information about it how to do it. But I call it: *StressReleaseExercise* by BeiYin. It is really simple to do. Search for it. I also have made a video how to do it. It's at YouTube: "Meditation - just start now!" From BeiYin, the People Whisperer. This information should spread out like a virus, then within only one generation the misery of present condition would change completely! I am convinced, that this is the most effective way!
