More About Me

I'm passionate about

Ideas at the boundary of disciplines.

An idea worth spreading

What can be said at all can be said clearly, and what we can not talk about, we must pass over in silence.

Talk to me about

Learning to play the violoncello as an adult beginner.

People don't know that I'm good at

Baking bread.

My TED Story

A few years ago, a friend emailed me a link to a TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson; in TED, I discovered a new close intellectually-stimulating friend.

A comment on Conversation: What's your TED habit?

Oct 2 2011: Usually on weekend evenings, particularly when I need an intellectual recharge. It's something I make time for, rather than something I engage in when I have "extra" time.
