    A comment on Talk: Burt Rutan sees the future of space

    Oct 16 2009: It is too bad that the digression about the restriction of political views has been removed (censored?) from the published video. I find this kind of selective editing somewhat contradictory to the open/sharing philosophy that seems to underpin TED.

    It would be interesting to see how Chris Anderson dealt with Rutan's gaffe, especially because it seems to have ended in a hilarious way. And I think it would only have added to convey Rutan's personality to the video audience.
