I know of Venus and others of it's ilk and in truth it inspired me to not think so small and to my failing I believe I think to big now. clean fresh water, food, energy they are my goals I shall do my best to make things better not only for my country but for technocrats around the globe.

you've got a good point m only reason for mentioning competence is that's something you have to look for in others. your also right on you're point of myself being ambiguous but I wouldn't know if handing out information willy nilly would be beneficial or not. it has been suggested to me to open source my ideas. wile I congratulate your success my focus is in infrastructure not apps or the like, if that helps.

A country with a capitalist economy, but social purposes in order to help poor people a give then opportunities such as free education.
simple really; social as in socialist ideals of raising the lower class & supporting the poor. support is maintained through the leadership of the technocratic or more educated and thus more qualified, as to say leaders are not elected solely by democratic voting but through proven academic achievement. I've got ideas of low tech systems for fresh water, food & energy generation. so long as there is universal education that is accessible to the rich & destitute members of a society like this then genuine intelligence cannot be excluded from decision making.
