About Me

Born and rised in Mexico's Northern part of the country, in contact always with diversity found that every one has an interesting story to share once they are into their passion in life. There is so much to learn and to discover around that there is not enough time in one lifetime to know all, TED is a great window into those worlds to me. a Glimpse into the passions, into the fields, into the personal points of view. Enriches my life and I would like to think i pass it along to the people who surrounds me. I am very proud of my country history and traditions although I have been called many times to live my life in an "international" way whatever that means!. Mostly i resume it as in an award once my classmates gave me. "Most outgoing with other cultures". It is just simply i thrive on new ideas and fascinates me what's interesting to you, to corroborate that the stories usually have more than two sides and each one points out valid ideas. Meet me half the way. Good day TED fellow! ;)

A comment on Talk: Ramsey Musallam: 3 rules to spark learning

Jun 3 2013: Lately as i see how schools are left behind and teachers are lacking passion for their role i found here the best quote ever: "educators leave behind this simple role as disseminators of content and embrace a new paradigm as cultivators of curiosity and inquiry"... that requires lots of fun to enjoy the teaching process to make the kid's seeds to grow. Great perspective.

A comment on Talk: Beau Lotto + Amy O’Toole: Science is for everyone, kids included

Nov 20 2012: As being re-discovering the world through the eyes of my 6 and 1 year old nieces this talk speaks volumes the way children approach life and how we as grown ups get lost and rusty some times.. May we all find the joy of: "oops"..."that is funny"..."wow" ..and "what and odd thing this is"; that comes out seeing the world for the first time. Congratulations you guys!
  • A comment on Talk: John Wilbanks: Let’s pool our medical data

Nov 15 2012: Very interesting; seems marketing and advertising keeps track of every single click we did, perfect idea to find a really more meaningful use to all that data we gather through our life. Wish you lots of success!.
  • A comment on Talk: Mark Forsyth: What’s a snollygoster? A short lesson in political speak

Oct 20 2012: Regardless of the accuracy of the title origins or many interpretations that can come out from the historical facts, i do agree with the conclusion that reality escapes from the politician`s control, sooner or later they get busted by it. Loved the presentation it was very interesting to listen and funny as well. /
BTW i listened on the Podcast app, this video has some problems, TED team!.
