A comment on Conversation: Should blasphemy be outlawed by the UN?

Oct 2 2012: Moving forward in positive direction, I suggest the UN categorically make forced-religion criminal. How can anyone tell a fellow person that because of this or that including being at a particular jurisdiction one must follow this or that religion and cannot practice another or even NONE??!!

Jun 21 2012: I agree with you to some extent. Check the background of Africa's leaders (Presidents & Ministers) you will see Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, Harvard and other high rate World Universities. You will also see that most of them have had extensive work experience in the advanced economies. Maybe, you're right, or maybe we need to look further afield for the source of their waywardness or both.

A comment on Conversation: Who SHOULD control children's education? And what if those who should, don't?

Mar 22 2012: Naturally, its parents. If parents are not available or unwilling or unable then a second best option must be followed ... mostly institutional in the case of advanced countries. In traditional societies, the extended family scarcely fails in this regard, albeit, it endangered.

A reply on Conversation: Live Q&A with T. Boone Pickens: Let's transform energy -- with natural gas.

Mar 20 2012: I'm 100% for alternative energy and if natural gas can do that, then that's all good. At the back of my mind has been the urgent need for a better alternative preferably based on inexhaustible natural source. That will answer the problem of sustainability. I can see Africa joining Asia to be energy use intensive as USA and EU within the next 50 years. That will certainly put unbearable strain on supplies.

A comment on Conversation: Live Q&A with T. Boone Pickens: Let's transform energy -- with natural gas.

Mar 20 2012: Sir, how can we know that in the long run natural gas will not give the world problems akin to what crude oil is giving namely high prices, polluting, insecurity, upheavals at point of production, exhaustible, etc.

A comment on Talk: Tony Porter: A call to men

Mar 20 2012: Everything he said is true in Africa and I believe most parts of the world. Its all about socialization.

Jul 21 2009: Looking forward to it. David's talk on our place in the cosmos was very instructive. Thanks TED.
