An idea worth spreading

I'm currently developing "The string exchange program". The purpose of the program is to organize musicians around the idea of exchanging strings, picks, books etc. This is a non commercial idea and I'm trying to find as many musicians to join my group as possible. The more people join my group the easier it will be to find something that you need in any region. Another possibility is to send a string to a famous musician/friend in respect to his work. The idea is a modern version of the well known "pen-pal" back in the 60s when people used to send letters to "meet" new friends. Currently I'm searching for support at a facebook group - "the string exchange program" which you are welcome to join if you are playing a string instrument. On the other hand if not, please send this to a friend so we can find more support and move to a website dedicated to the idea.
