Dan Jacob is an experienced event producer, speaker coach and entrepreneur. He is currently CEO of the IDIA Group - a company specializing in event management and speaker development that aims to connect people to the ideas, people and things they should know about. He is the co-founder and event license holder for Canada's largest ideas conference, TEDxToronto; which in addition to a local audience of over 2000, has built an online viewership of over 30,000 in over 100 countries worldwide.
Jacob has overseen numerous events and sponsorship activations for major partners including the National Hockey League, the Canadian Football League and Toronto's Luminato Festival of Arts & Creativity. In addition, he has produced a number of events across Canada that have included the likes of Sir Richard Branson, marketing guru Seth Godin, Zappos.com CEO Tony Hsieh and New York Times best-selling author Robin Sharma.
