I'm a lawyer passionate of IT-related questions and a Ph.D. in IT Law at the University of Bologna. Over the last years I've spent much effort on issues concerning the right to privacy and, more recently, the protection of anonymity, especially in IT environments. Apart from that, I practice general civil law, including civil litigation and contract law.
