  Feb 10 2013: The answer is NO.
  And "communist China" didn't found solutions to a lot of its problems, only their leaders think they did found one.

  A comment on Conversation: Please define: Leadership.

  Jan 27 2013: At a recent "leadership seminar" Ernest Shackleton was presented as "a role model for leadership as one who, in extreme circumstances, kept his team together in an incredible polar survival story". (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Shackleton).
  
  He proved leadership without having entrepreneurship skills, basically all his business ventures failed:
  "Away from his expeditions, Shackleton's life was generally restless and unfulfilled. In his search for rapid pathways to wealth and security he launched many business ventures and other money-making schemes, none of which prospered. His financial affairs were generally muddled; he died heavily in debt."

  Nov 1 2012: Maybe off-topic, but...
  
  Kim Stanley Robinson's "Forty Signs of Rain" was written in 2004.
  It describes a perfect rain storm, flooding Washington DC.
  
  On it's Amazon page now it's mentioned:
  "Delivery may be impacted by Hurricane Sandy."
