  A reply on Conversation: How personalized would you prefer products/services to be in the future? Do you want them to really, really, REALLY know you?

  Feb 16 2012: Good point of view Krisztián. But it is also good to differentiate "customization" from "personalization". In customization (as you say) YOU are telling them what you like (color, model, etc). Personalization is a way to tailor a product just for you based on what they already know about you (inferred), so you are not explicitly telling them what you like; they already know it from your purchases on Amazon, your posts on facebook, your tweets, your searchs on Google, etc.
  Is there a point in which you find this scary enough?

  Feb 15 2012: What about privacy of data? I know that if you share on Twitter your weight, it's because you want to do it. But what about how other people use that information? Totally agree on re-designing patient-doctor "conversation".

  A comment on Conversation: "WHY is the patient the most under-used resource in healthcare?? How did that happen?" (Follow-up to LIVE TED Conversation July 27)

  Jul 27 2011: I'm a designer and I see this issue in the medical area from a design point of view. I ask myself (as a patient) questions like "Why not making that clinical history more usable for me?" "Why *my* medical information is just useful for the doctors?" "Why aren't we more involved in the decisions about our health?". If we -the patients- are the source and the end point of the decisions that doctors make based on our information, why can we be part of that system?
  Designers and doctors can work together in order to think of a new paradigm for the healthcare service!
