Core/Strategic Brand Management`s Methodology® is fundamentally based on its profound knowledge of its clients, and the industry in which those clients play. Such knowledge is attained by a cooperative teamwork, and an unbiased analysis of the competitive environment. Once the analytical work has been accomplished, a CORE (Creativity, Opportunities, Rationale & eStrategy) chart is depicted. At Core/SBM we emphasize on the creative part of the process, as opposed to the way most strategic planning is done, in which predominates the analytical part of the whole.
The CORE chart is just a refinement of the original creative ideas through a process that starts out with Creativity, goes through real Opportunities that exist, then goes through a Rationale for operation viability, and finally their implementation in a strategic (Estrategico) plan. Once the final strategy is written, the tactics, tasks and responsibilities are assigned.
