Sandra Aamodt: Why dieting doesn't usually work
Exercising does make you feel like crap if you train well. I have 8 years of training behind me and I am in extremely good shape. Since you lift weights it's obvious that you don't change your weights. If you felt like it in first year that means that you were improving and now not so much. 20 miles per week is great, but better choice would be 4-5 miles per week of intensive training. Since I don't know how arthritis work I can't suggest intensive trainings

Sandra Aamodt: Why dieting doesn't usually work
Wrong! ! ! In so many ways. I had many succesfull diets, the best one was 18 kilograms in month. And never been hungry. The problem people make is because they are overeating after diet. The other thing, if you don't have training doesn't mean you will get fat. Body burn more than 1000 daily without being active, and one hour of high intensive training is 300-500 and after that you feel like cr*p. Besides woman looks more fat than on picture from early ages.

Suzana Herculano-Houzel: What is so special about the human brain?
It is possible to survive on a raw food diet, but there are some health risks associated with it. Some of the studies that have been done on people who have lived on raw food diets for a long time have shown that they tend to be underweight, so there’s a risk of just not getting enough calories in you. Particularly for women, there’s also a risk of osteoporosis, and not getting enough minerals and vitamins to make healthy bones. 5 years is small amount of time so I am wandering what will happen in 10-20 years. Wish you luck there

Andras Forgacs: Leather and meat without killing animals
@Daniel Black: I don't really know just I am not feeling safe when someone says "I grow this in lab",besides how do you know that he didn't accidently grow cancer cells, I mean it's a new thing and it might live but in 500 years when we are sure in it. @ Piotr Misiuna I am not saying to just dismissed it, I am saying that for leather stuff it is great, but for food stuff we should be cautious about "lab made" things, you just never know how safe it is, and what can cause it

Andras Forgacs: Leather and meat without killing animals
I think it's a great idea to replace animals for leather stuff like wallet or a purse or things which is made from leather, but for growing meat, I am not so sure about it, we had bad experience with genetically altered plants, I doubt that would any of us accept it even if it is healthy
