Grew up in Kazakhstan and in 2004 won scholarship to pursue graduate level studies in the US. In 2006 graduated with Masters in Public Health degree from Boston University and from 2006- 2009 worked in Washington DC at the World Bank and International Finance Corporation. In 2010 graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government with Masters in Public Administration degree. Currently back to home country to address the development issues in Kazakhstan as part of Kazakhstan Development Bank. In my free time I enjoy yoga, swimming and learning languages.
