How do you manage your relationship with your coworkers?
Frankly no work environment is without a few staple personalities and you always always have to have that one person you just cannot stand. I mean the one who grinds your bone with just their presence or the one who is the know it all or the one who is just too perky that you want to blow (or is it just me). But the rule remains the same, to get the work done especially if its a person you have to correspond with directly to get results you have to be professional and this means; 1. If its just a personality clash ensure communication is strictly on a work level. And a third person is always involved to ensure that all remains on that level and escalates to nothing else 2. Chances are others would have noticed this constant grievance, if it veins to interfere with the work never discuss it with another staff member this can turn into a big mess take it to HR let them deal with mediation 3. (This has worked for me) smile do the work and have a drink after the job is done. It will always be a challenge they are all out there in the world difference is, out there you have the choice in a work environment your choice is to stay and make it work or leave.

Are women taught to hate themselves?
Not "hate " themselves. But there are expectations of a woman regarding her physical upkeep if you want to put it that way. But this "model" physique is just that for the models. If a women continue to be make themselves insecure whenever they see these people through whatever medium well they are just defeating themselves. A woman needs to know her body and appreciate it. The "average woman" in regards to built if he wants clothes there are stores out there that sells clothes for anyone big medium and small. If you see a "model wearing something you like , dot sit and go "oh it's only for that body type" get a seamstress to make it if bit doesn't flatter your form then fine....move on. If you want to lose weight , lose it for you not because you want to look like that person on television. Women need to understand themselves and what works for them. Not everyone was meant to be skinny or curvaceous or well endowed at the top or the bottom . Find what works for you! That's my point.

If you could do one great thing, what would it be?
I would be the voice of rationality and logics to a those people who have started wars and violent gangs I would want to make so much sense to them that they ask themselves "why weren't we thinking like this before" int he end creating some kind of harmony. Gift of hope rationalism and tolerance

In a modern globalised world, how do you build or adapt your identity?
Individual identity is ever changing for the better or the worst of oneself however it is still a unique trait to that person. Outside influences do play a role in who we do become among the masses but if you are to dissect each individual there is always a unique , diverse aspects to that individual amongst that mass. We all have our own stamp or own imprint in this world which cannot be taken away, subdued .........maybe but not taken away.
