Ric Elias: 3 things I learned while my plane crashed
I almost died underwater. I was with a friend kayaking. I was one second away from death. I couldn't hold my breath any longer. That was my third almost-death-experience. This one was the second one with water, the other one was on a rollercoaster. The other two accidents was when I was really young so they didn't had much impact, but the kayaking accident is a different story because I was 18 years old. The two things that I remember when I was underwater was first, anger. Anger because I didn't live my life the way I wanted it to be lived. I cared too much about what other people could think of me. Shyness is a big thing. The second thing was acceptance. Accept to die. The moment I accepted death was the moment I couldn't hold my breath any longer and just at that moment, I went back above water. If it's like the universe gave me a second chance. Or fourth? If you're reading this, do what you want to do in life NOW. Pursue it. Pursue it now.

Ken Robinson: Do schools kill creativity?
There needs to be a system where children can explore their talents and also what they're not good at. This leads to self-exploration and open to making mistakes. There's a mentality where engineering, law school, med school and business rocks en the rest sucks, especially when you don't want a big shot career. People have different interests and priorities.
