  Sep 8 2011: i believe its 100% that theres life out there and even possibly that life has arose many times in other stars in our own galaxzy. this the era of life. our sun is a 3rd generation star. intelligent civilazations could be having or have this same conversation. humanity has alot of conceits. the glaxazy is timming with life. lol. intergalactic space is like a glacatic ocean, scoop up one glass of ocean water and if you dont find a big fish , you dont assume theres no big fish...get a bigger scoop and eventually you will find a big fish.... if we keep looking and fund astronomy/nasa/private space companies... we will find our cousins... we will become cosmopolitans

  Sep 7 2011: WOW! amazing ! this is the TED talks i wait for!!!!! the graph showing our innovations during the great depression! i see an extremely bright future for america. innovation has to be forced! if we cooperate, we can solve ANY PROBLEM PERIOD!!! REPOSTING ON FACEBOOOK!

  Aug 12 2011: i think there are universal freedoms that all entire world should embrace. everyone should be free to choose.

  well said here!!! we need to become move involved in politics! i would like to see more scientist become officials and hold higher office. i dont think lawyers or polly sci majors should be in office anymore.

  Aug 12 2011: great demonstration :) magic takes you away. reminds me of the movie prestige. people like being taken away, people like to be deceived sometimes in a good way :)

  Aug 11 2011: Not Since i watched Carl Sagans Cosmos and learned that we come from explodied stars that i have felt more inspired to share an idea. Whoever is Green Minded whoulsd know about Biomimicry. This should be taught in all schools NOW. Right Away. It should be everywhere. this is a new branch of learning.

  Aug 11 2011: i started my own similar topic mintues ago...lol i do feel like there should be a universal society. and i think all the intelligent people should join this and start it, i do believe we are alot and could start to clean politics wit hthis movement. evolution of the modern man. The Cosmospolitan should be born. We are children of the cosmos. citizens of the cosmos. we should have a uniserval laws and freedoms

  A comment on Conversation: What kind of basic knowledge shall we offer to the young students from now on?

  Aug 11 2011: we are falling behind. USA needs to teach more at a earlier age and HOLD PARENTS ACCOUNTABLE! BUILD EDUCATIONAL GAMES FOR XBOX AND PS3! kids are spending 3-5hrs a day on gaming. The educational system needs a high tech overhaul and also needs more money. the dumbest thing we can do it take money away from education. why would we not educate the most free country in the world.
  we have to have more subjects. put more importance on the ARTS. SCIENCE IS THE KEY.

  Aug 11 2011: yes it already has! Science/math is universal language! the story of the tower of babel is amazing. it was only when you all understood each other is when we were able to right the sky/stars. til the confusion of our languages. we are heading into a complete understanding.
