Helping students to learn academic content unconsciously.
Students all over the globe read, write and listen with an intent to remember academic content and yet they go blank during exams. Clearly, it's not working. Traditional learning method doesn't allow our kids to express their emotions and experiences that are involved during the reading process. Reading and writing repeatedly based on a source in simple terms is copying. Traditional learning model doesn't make academic content fun. Academic content doesn't trigger emotions and curiosity making learning difficult for students. Textual forms doesn't transmit all the critical information to our brain simultaneously, which makes it harder to remember and retrieve.
We should be looking for a strong human behavior that you and me have already. Our brain may be the most complex and fascinating organ and yet we are not leveraging the neural behavior in the field of education.
My idea is to bring our own emotional behavior right into subjects to learn academic content unconsciously.
