After watching Sir Ken Robinson's first TED Talk, I realized there was this whole website full of amazing talks that I had to show my teachers. TED Talks then became a regular part of my teacher trainings. Now my teachers request that we watch TED Talks!

I show this talk at the beginning of each school year to about 75 teachers to remind us how valuable the creativity of students is and to remember not to squash it as we are trying to deliver our curriculum!
