Brad Moore is one of Toronto’s leading Executive Chefs and he is the owner of SCHOOL Bakery and Café located in Liberty Village, Toronto. From 1991 to 1993, Brad studied Culinary and Business Management at George Brown School of Hospitality. He embarked on an apprenticeship in New York City restaurants from 1998 to 2000, under Chefs Jean-George Vongrichten (Vong, Jean-George), Floyd Cardoz (Tabla), and Rocco Dispirito (Union Pacific). From 2002 to 2007, Brad opened and managed his first Toronto restaurant, Xacutti. In 2009, he opened his academic-themed restaurant, SCHOOL.
Brad Moore’s signature flavors are influenced by such places as India, Asia, France, Asia, Italy, Latin America, and the West Indies. Brad Moore has made appearances on television shows such as: Can-West/Global, “Feed Your Love”, Food Network, “Christine Cushing Show”, City-Chum TV, Breakfast Television, and CTV, “Balance with Dr. Shapiro.” SCHOOL Bakery & Café has been listed in Where Magazine’s Toronto's Top Ten New Restaurants.
