Is happiness internal or external?
By a unfortunate experience I am referring to a relationship that goes sour. We often have a tendency to believe it’s the end of the world when things turn out for the worst. However the experience could have been necessary for personal growth. So it for those that rely on others people for their happiness. I was recent there and realize that all I did to try to keep someone else happy was a waste of time. Ended up having to walk away from the relationship. In the end, this turn of events forced me to focus on myself to find happiness within myself. Turning a negative into a positive

Are women taught to hate themselves?
I don't believe women are taught to hate themselves. However in this sexist world where men seem to think they rule. Women are put down and degraded. Some men are fearful of the capability of a strong women. In turn the media portrays woman as nothing more than sex objects. It’s truly sad when women are empowered and given a chance to exhibit their beauty we all flourish. Ultimately it will not change useless there our strong leaders it place to show such behavior is unacceptable. But it must first start on the smallest level everyday interaction.

Is happiness internal or external?
Our happiness is based on a chemical reaction created within the body. However our outlook on any given situation can change ones perception of this reality. Thus creating a positive association with the most unfortunate experiences

Are women taught to hate themselves?
The problem is many women do not have self-worth within themself. So they look for validation from other people whether it be friends, family, or from men. Many women don't see the perfection with their imperfection regardless of their weight. So in turn they try to hide them. Ultimately the foundation of how women view themself starts in the home as a young woman.
