Developed the idea and lead the team to implement Tigo's AOC (Advice On Charge - A system product that allows subscribers know their charges after every call activity.
Initiated and lead the first phase of "Message Cleanup" on Tigo's Network. Activity to reduce general messages sent out to subscribers and also reduce the number of characters while ensuring effective communication was still achieved.
Solely handled the setting of new Content Providers (Rok-UK, Esoko-Ghana, Catatrepa-Paraguary) to start an SMS Subscription service with Tigo
