Looking for the best in people. All too often in this world we look for the errors; the mistakes; the frailitities in man without taking the risk of raising people up.
REKINDLE takes two of the greatest assets the country has: Those professional managers who have come to the end of their main career and the owners of small businesses and bringing these two parties together with timely interventions we not only enhance the local economy; we improve the health and welfare of a growing segmant of society.
I was twenty three years old and was a well balanced individual; I had a chip on both shoulders. One morning when waking, the light bulb over my head went on. I saw that to get through life successfully I had to enlist the help of everyone I met. But why would they help me; what would motivate them? I turned this around and figured out waht was it that motivated me? Two things: People had to have a genuine interest in me and that they have a consistency about them. These are the two attributes I have tried to live by through my life. Love people and keep with them through the tough times as well as the good.
