Restaurants waste tons of food and groceries stores buy more than they can sell! Want to know why? So that we as consumers can have everything we could possibly want to eat...at our fingertips then throw it away when we don't. We feel entitled to that kind of wealth. We are unwilling to wait even for a moment and businesses are unwilling to give a competitor a chance at their customer, so they sell things they know they have no consumer base for.
