An idea worth spreading

"The leader is not being a leader" - this sentence show how much more we need to develop our understanding of the field. We do know what it hints at, something like: The individual in a position of authority, is not exercising the activity of helping the group face reality, renegotiate competing loyalties, and give the work back at the rate the group can handle in order to allow member to develop and thrive.
