I have been an avid artist my whole life, and a professional tattooist for the last 21 years. I have trained and worked with many artists around the globe, particularly in Japan, with master Horiyoshi III of Yokohama - a master of traditional Japanese tattoo, or IREZUMI. I'm currently the founder and spokesperson of the Australian Tattooists Guild, an organisation formed to protect the history and culture of tattooing within Australia, and to work with government in introducing legislation that will maintain professional standards within this country.
My own interests are wide and varied, but in particular relate to design and how it can make our lives better and more enriched. I'm passionate about community, about sustainability and humanity.
Art, design, Japanese artistic refinement, sustainability in the tattoo industry, new ideas.
Martial arts - I've been training in internal kungfu for over 20 years. Diplomacy. Organising people.
