I am a pisces, INTP turned ENTP personality according to myers-briggs. I enjoy nearly every human activity that I have every heard of, especially if it involves a bit of adrenaline but not limited there at all. I am or have been a drunk, pothead, sailor, computer game addict, union contruction worker, waiter, insubordinate rebel, nerd, engineer, environmental scientist, naturalist and a promiscuous-poly-amorous-bisexual libertine. In other words, I am human. We are all imperfect, and that is the most ff fantastically fun part of being human.
Where have I been for 30 years? Well I have been doing some traveling and plenty of listening to people from all around the country and the world. From the vocational high school, to the military, and Universities, I have trudged through many bars and heard countless solutions to the world’s problems. A casual but well designed and structured pub like environment for non-commercial world discussion on the internet might be the best solution, culmination, sum or integration of all solutions that I have heard. The following is an idea to create this type of environment.
Have you ever thought that the whole world might be able to create something together without boundaries, discrimination, or tainted ambition of extravagant profits?
The Human Network is dreaming and striving to achieve this and more!
This is a huge dream or idea that will take some imagination so first I will ask you to please imagine a world network where 2.5 billion people are connected and able to share knowledge.
Got that? OK! You may already know that the internet today has connected 2.5 billion people.
What greater-than-self goals do you believe people can and will accomplish there?
Now imagine a network of 2.5-7 billion human beings communicating and networking casually and professionally in your own open source environment that is free from commercial interest.
Then, what could the human race accomplish?
Yourself and other leaders throughout the world could make this happen by creating an open source and community owned social network that can be tied to knowledge bases such as Wikipedia. I strongly believe that this is the best path toward a network of human communication and knowledge sharing that can be separate from the commercial interest that rules the internet today. I know that this will take thousands of open-minded leaders from around the world to accomplish and I am asking you to be one of the founding fathers (or mothers).
There are three essential factors that can make this happen.
Crowd Sourcing - This project currently lives on a site called piecewise where crowd sourcing is manageable in pieces. Anyone can make a contribution by taking on a small piece or share their ideas for the project. The software development can happen on github and through having hackathons at universities throughout the world.
Purpose Motivation - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc
Open source - software, education, and minds - Through word-of-mouth advertising and media attention, we can reach people who are willing to share knowledge, resources, and expertise that can lead to life improvements for all of humanity.
What would you like YOUR social network to look like?
What do you believe is possible ?

People Sharing Experience and Knowledge
The Human Network is a shared dream to let the world create a democratic social network where 7 Billion people can share experience and knowledge without distracting advertisements or spam emails. WE can optimize services for people to communicate and contribute, regardless of money, race, sex, or country only if we work together. Open Source Software + Crowd Sourcing = Solutions to the world's greatest problems.
