What can we do to change education?
First we have to clarify what is school for? It should prepare you for your upcoming life and in someway that you can develop your skills and personality further . If you assume that every kid is hunting for an -A-then they will learn and recite things what the teachers are aimed to teach. So we have more kids who are less improving their individual talent and more kids who are trying to adapt the mass standard. Rating systems are not the reason for you described problem. Its about losing interest to learn. Losing the passion to learn. I think you should see rating systems only for your own reference about which topic needs more attention by the next time and to know where you good at. "How do we get students to reach their full potential?" The full potential begins with passion. If someone has a passion on something, the rest is history! Next to your school you can do things that you really like and you have an extreme interest on it. Maybe you find people, friends and so on to learn about your topic. Creating learn groups in your near, find people who are sharing the same interest.

Level 1 Social Entrepreneur - Gaming principles to solve rural electrification in Africa.
The need for education and jobs are the most reasons for migrating in urban areas, isn't it? I think the biggest impact you can ever make to society is: education, education, education Think about how you can bring international standard education to rural areas. According to my oppinion with our innovative entrepreneurs and technologies about solar runned pc you are able change it. And if you did it you will have parents and families who are willing to back you with your idea. With education, people are able to question things around their environment;western lifestyle, product, etc. whatever. Still your approach trying to combine social games and innovations is not bad. Good luck!

When is it time to quit? And how does one know?
Its time to quit a relationship when you are on a catch-22 and you start to change your personality in a negative way and different from your core personality. In addition to that, people dont quit in bad relationships because they are lost and need to realise by their own that there is no further step from your partner to a next level.

Why is soccer so much more than just an international game?
In every new environment I made new friends due to soccer. But the power to unite people comes from having the same goal: to win. Its also an easy place to show people that you have skills but moreover that you can also show trust and commitment with passes or you can show taking risks and responsibility with fouls or risky shoots. Sometimes you even see how people are really like: fighter, motivator etc.

Technology versus Culture - who influences whom?
I have chosen this kind of question in order to heat up the topic. Because a lot of authors dont define it as a part of culture. There are oppinions they say: Technology could endanger the cultural identity and also flat out cultural diversity and so on. The question about, how should we think about technology and culture (culture AND technology, technology as a culture, technology as a part of culture, etc..) is becoming more and more relevant due to our globalized and digitalized world. In a rapid growing digital world its important about to discuss the relation of the technological world and the cultural world. - Its about how much room they should give to each other? -
