Since joining Betterbuy(2007)Ltd. in 2008, the company has rapidly expanded. It has transitioned from a very small company trading through eBay to a large limited company with a turnover well in excess of 2.1 million pounds. During this rapid expansion the IT requirements of the company changed dramatically, meaning that in my role as a support technician I had my work cut out.
I currently provide technical support to all members of staff including those at out second premises via remote support software. I am also responsible for the creation and maintenance of the company’s website which has proved to be very lucrative to the business.
Although my current role is a full time position, I also provide technical support to the general public. To do this I created my own website (www.blueshieldsupport.com) which has provided me with a decent amount of additional income.
I am passionate about all things to do with technology and furniture.
