Patricia Ferro is an italo-argentinean architect, PhD, specialized in sustainable architecture and use of renewable energy technologies integrated into buildings. From 1986 she designed many low energy and zero emissions buildings, in Italy and Argentina. She has participated in numerous national and international competitions, alone and together with other colleagues winning important awards and nominations. She is an accredited Energy Assessor in Italy and a ITACA Protocol (Green Building Challenge) expert to assess the building sustainability.
She teaches building physics at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Roma Tre and the Polytechnic of Milan in Italy, and is now the responsible of the Training sector of the Italian KYOTO CLUB Association.
She completed the Blue Economy Summer School in July 2012.

Preserve our world to ensure the future. I'm working on the concept called Blue building System concept,with the aim of studying all flows (energy, water and materials) that exist between the building and the city.
I am also working in the concept of dynamic furniture, special furniture that allows to save energy in buildings.
