    Mar 18 2013: The need for a mirror database to back up the vulnerable internet is obviously a great thinking into the future. But what effective precautionary measures can be taken beforehand so that the so called "Plan B" will also not prove to be vulnerable and eventually lead to the discussion of Plan C?
