'Further to Our Last Conversation Here Concerning the TED Treatment of Dr. Rupert Sheldrake's TEDx Talk'
TED's actions were slander & libel, also damaging business & contractual relations, injuring the authors in their careers. It should probably be settled in a legal arena, but at the least TED could actually exchange information with the authors or host a debate they actually participate in--or have I missed anything of substance besides continual veiled insults of the authors and a poor trade for the damage they caused? https://www.facebook.com/groups/boycott.ted

Discuss the note to the TED community on the withdrawal of the TEDxWestHollywood license.
If you have followed the TED Blogs & Conversations on the Sheldrake & Hancock fiasco you probably realize there IS no two-way conversation going on with TED--they apparently can't even spare some low-level PR flack to this effort and are waiting for it to all blow over. They have never responded to the author's point-by-point rebuttals or requests for an honest debate on the issues: https://www.change.org/petitions/ted-stop-the-censoring-of-the-rupert-sheldrake-tedx-talks-video https://www.change.org/petitions/ted-stop-the-censoring-of-the-graham-hancock-tedx-talks-video If you get tired of TED Ideas Worth Repressing join the forum here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/boycott.ted/ Some there still hope TED will see the errors of its ways, but most feel they are obsoleting their brand. It's a shame. To their one credit--they hosted these debates on their site and have been half restrained in censoring comments.

The debate about Graham Hancock's talk
Michael you seem to be the one making the sour jabs. Hancock seems to have supporters in the thousands backing his claims, how many have given your statement a thumbs up even though it is anchored under the most popular comment (Graham's)? In a rough count I'd say they are 95% positive. Considering TED has fans in the millions those are pretty telling percentages.

The debate about Rupert Sheldrake's talk
Here's a petition worth sharing: There are original petitions on these matters that are still relevant since the issue is hardly resolved and the fact that after close to 200k views and many comments, there's no word if the YouTube videos will be restored. Also find links to some of the principle parties and a timeline of events: https://www.change.org/petitions/ted-stop-the-censoring-of-the-graham-hancock-tedx-talks-video https://www.change.org/petitions/ted-stop-the-censoring-of-the-rupert-sheldrake-tedx-talks-video

The debate about Graham Hancock's talk
Steve, beautiful message and full of wisdom--though no doubt materialist types will suppose you've lost your mind--the very thing they fear the most with their "death grip" on "reality." Eventually they will lose their grip as happens to mortals.
