About Me

May 6 2013: Well this was inspiring but not a "down to earth" speech.
  • A reply on Talk: Sean Carroll: Distant time and the hint of a multiverse

Apr 21 2013: Is there any chance that sequential births of universes would lead in energy loss or something? What if being on the edge of the universe would create a chance that the outer part would never be reallocated with the rest of the inner universe. It sounds logical at some point, right?
  • A reply on Talk: Sean Carroll: Distant time and the hint of a multiverse

Apr 21 2013: Hi Danger. What i meant is that we should first ask "how does the universe work?" and when we have understand how it works we can then investigate "why its like this?" and "why it exists" in the first place.
What i meant with infinite is that when we don't know exactly how does a "thing" work and we are trying to speculate, given the complexity of the subject, it can be really messy with too many wrong guesses etc. Its like a normal way to solve a problem. We first observe, collect knowledge, analyze with experiments and then trying to give a meaning in the output data that we have collected which in my opinion here is the most difficult one. :) It's just my point of view.
  • A comment on Talk: Mae Jemison on teaching arts and sciences together

Apr 21 2013: "Constructive and deconstructive techniques" you can actually see it everywhere. Historically speaking art has lead the imagination and thus the scientific innovations and discoveries. You first imagine something and then you try to implement it. Abstract thinking for the win! Good TED talk!
  • A reply on Talk: Sean Carroll: Distant time and the hint of a multiverse

Apr 21 2013: It is alive. Proof lays on the fact that your cells in your body are alive let alone thus you are alive as well. You cant say that something is not alive but its content is alive, its a null contradiction.
  • A comment on Talk: Sean Carroll: Distant time and the hint of a multiverse

Apr 21 2013: I cant understand why we always fall in the trap of asking "why is the universe like this?"... This question has no answer cause if we could answer it we would first have to think "how the universe would not be like?" which leaves infinite answers. But the fact that it couldnt be somehow different than it is, leads to the conclusion that the universe is made in an absolute one-way and we can only try to find out how it works and what laws govern it. Time will tell...
  • A comment on Talk: Aubrey de Grey: A roadmap to end aging

Apr 14 2013: I wonder if there is any connection with the "unused parts" of our DNA. Anyone knows?
  • A reply on Talk: Jennifer Granholm: A clean energy proposal -- race to the top!

Mar 5 2013: I agree but this was inevitable since usa has helped many countries passively ,eg people from all over the world who studied in usa or got their phd and then left usa and went back home, carrying knowledge and "know how". Its natural, when someone shares his secrets of success, to let others compete him thus losing some ground and a part of the pie. China has taken the lead for the time being. Historically speaking great civilizations always had "power" fluctuation. Finally, i dont think they lag behind on pretty much all global policies, they just have different evaluation criteria that take some time to converge with the rest of the world.
  • A reply on Talk: Jennifer Granholm: A clean energy proposal -- race to the top!

Mar 5 2013: The world in flux. America is still a powerful and great country. Even if they lose the 1st place we have to be thankful for its contribution in the world (and plz dont focus only on the negative ones). There wouldnt be a race if the 1st place was predetermined. We have to be positive.
Regarding this TED talk i would state the obvious: "You don't say!!!"
  • A comment on Talk: Allan Savory: How to fight desertification and reverse climate change

Mar 5 2013: This was such an informative talk! I hope his message reach the ears of the politics and people with power so they can take actions! Its true "balance in everything".
