More About Me

My TED Story

My now-ex stepfather made me discover Jill Bolte Taylors Stroke of insight TEDTalk back in 2008. I was really impressed by that story. I recently found the video again, and wanted to share it with my entourage. I've just bought Jill Bolte Taylors book, signed up on TED.com, and applied for TED translator in my native language, french. I find many Talks really inspiring, and i don't want language to prevent people from discovering such gems.

I do agree with Salah; driving traffic to TED.com by telling our contacts on social networks what action we juste made (create a conversation / liked a comment, etc ...) is the way to go. As George said, out-of-context comments can lead to misunderstandings. Curious pepole will visit the thread on TED.com anyway.
