    Its like the famous picture in which half a class mentions they see the young woman and the other half mentions that they see an old lady.

    Reminds me of Steve Jobs speech at Stanford where he mentions about his illness. Initially he is diagnosed with cancer which after tests is found out can be cured,
    However, after that incident he mentions that everyday he used to look in the mirror in the morning and ask himself "If this is your last day,what would you do differently today before you die". He repeats this exercise each day and in case the answer is coming out to be same everyday, he says that it is time for a change.
