Maysoon Zayid: I got 99 problems... palsy is just one
I'm a white 58 year old CITO and co-founder of a tech company - and that drags plenty of stereotypes into the conversation. Thank you Maysoon for your story - and better - for setting an example of the type of character we dream of finding for and within our teams of 'talkers' and 'clickers'. Your presentation is now a required part of our job application. Oh yeah, I'm also a highly functioning asperger. Thanks for your example Maysoon!

Seth Godin: How to get your ideas to spread
Bill, you are very correct. I'm part of a few LinkedIn groups that actually listen, but I've noticed most people 'push' and few 'pull' with listening and asking good questions. What are some ways you engage people online?

Jane McGonigal: Gaming can make a better world
Are there any groups or conversations going on for those of us that want to apply what Jane challenges us to consider? I'd like to learn from others how to best reach this huge resource as a potential employer, yet I don't have any experience gaming or the right language.

Ernesto Sirolli: Want to help someone? Shut up and listen!
Merry Christmas to you and your family. Asking questions can be a wonderfully insight filled experience. When you ask, try listening for a 'gap' - that's something they are dissatisfied with the way it is, and wish it was better. I bet you could discover a niche or a 'gap' that you could get paid to fill, right? What would that gap look like? How could you step toward finding a solution with what you already have? Who could you ask for direction? Good asking in your new year as well!
